Abstract
The aim of optimizing drug therapy for an individual patient is to max imize the likelihood of a desired therapeutic effect and to minimize t he likelihood of toxicity. The excellent correlations between renal fu nction and carboplatin total body clearance and between carboplatin ar e under the plasma concentration by time curve and thrombocytoprenia a llow calculation by Chatelut formula of carboplatin dosage.
