Abstract
An experimental scheme for the observation of Bose condensation of hydrogen isotopes dissolved in palladium alloys. Depending on which isotope is invo lved in Bode condensation, one can determine the charge state of dissolved hydrogen. If the alloy lattice includes atomic or molecular ions, a new typ e of superconductivity, when these ions serve as current carriers, may be e xpected. The proposed experimental method is sufficiently simple as compare d with the laser cooling of gases.
