Abstract
The binding profile at sigma (1), sigma (2), 5-HT1A and D-2 receptors of ei ght N-substituted-N'-[3-(1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-5-methoxy-1-naphthalenyl)propyl ]piperazines is reported. Results indicated that a suitable substitution ca n lead to potent 5-HT1A or sigma (1), or sigma (2) ligands.
