Abstract
In this paper we describe the bremsstrahlung of muons in a medium with acco unt of multiple scattering and medium polarization. These processes are ess ential for the calculation of electromagnetic cascade showers, accompanying extremely high-energy muons. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights res erved.
