Abstract
A new theoretical framework is proposed for the description of baryon light -cone distribution amplitudes, based on the observation that their scale de pendence to leading logarithmic accuracy is described by a completely integ rable model. The physical interpretation is that one is able to find a new quantum number that distinguishes partonic components in the nucleon with d ifferent scale dependence.
