Abstract
Diazonium ions have been immobilized onto an ion-exchange resin suppor t and were subsequently reacted with sodioindole in dry tetrahydrofura n to give the N-arylazoindole. The solid phase diazocoupling reaction appears to be the only method for the preparation of the target molecu les. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
