Application of the supercritical magnetoelastic wave phase conjugation to h
armonic imaging in acoustic C-scan microscopy is demonstrated. Second-harmo
nic generation by phase-conjugate wave is used for improvement of resolutio
n of an imaging system. Possibility to compensate phase aberrations introdu
ced in harmonic image by inhomogeneity of propagation medium is shown exper
