VHE gamma ray observations of Centaurus X-3

Further observations, using the University of Durham Mark 6 imaging telesco pe, have been made of the X-ray binary Cen X-3, which has been previously r eported as a very high energy (VHE) gamma ray emitter. The results of these observations are reported and show that VHE gamma rays are emitted in all epochs when we have observed this object. No modulation of the VHE emission is seen, at either the pulsar or orbital period. Models of VHE emission fr om X-ray binaries are assessed in the light of these observations.
