Abstract
T(E)Xtopo is a LAT(E)X2(epsilon) macro package for plotting topology data d irectly from PHD predictions or SwissProt database Jibes in publication-rea dy quality. The plot can be shaded automatically to emphasize conserved res idues or functional properties of the residue sidechains. The addition of r ich decorations, such as labels, annotations and legends, is easily accompl ished.
