Abstract
We have examined by C-13 solid-state NMR crystalline quality of cubic diamo
nd produced either via firing of explosive compositions, or through compres
sion of mixtures containing carbonaceous precursors with metallic matrix. I
n particular MAS technique was used to estimate sp(3)/sp(2) phases ratios f
or the obtained condensed carbon, whereas functionality of surface carbon a
