Abstract
We have developed a new millimeter-wave (MMW) imaging system that uses an e lectrooptic (EO) detector, The EO detector functions as a harmonic mixer fo r the down-conversion of continuous wave (CW) MMWs, Both amplitude and Phas e images were simultaneously obtained with this method. Sensitivity, spatia l resolution, and imaging of several objects were experimentally shown with MMWs of 60-GHz and 100-GHz frequencies.
