Abstract
In the solid-state structure of {[Zn-2(bdaip)(mu -OH)(OH)]NO3.H2O), (Hbdaip = 2,6-bis(N-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]iminomethyl)-4-methylphenol) dinuclear [Zn-2(bdaip)(mu -OH)](2+) units are linked through single hydroxo bridges to a 1D coordination polymer extending helically along a 6-fold screw axis.
