Abstract
Complex congenital fetal abnormalities are optimally evaluated with both ul trasound and magnetic resonance imaging. With the advent of ultrafast imagi ng sequences, fetal imaging has significantly improved. We present two case s of conjoined thoracoomphalopagus twins to discuss this unusual anomaly an d to illustrate the recent advances in magnetic resonance imaging of the fe tus.
