Abstract
Photobrightening of photodarkened CdS- and CdSxSe1-x-doped glasses was inve stigated using luminescence and electron spin resonance (ESR). Photobrighte ning depends on wavelength of laser light, and it is observed in all sample s investigated, when wavelength of laser light is longer than that of absor ption edge. Photobrightening depends on glass composition. (C) 2001 Kluwer Academic Publishers.
