Abstract
Acylphosphoniumylids 1 react with vinylketones 2 under formation of 1- acyl-4-oxoylids 3. in the reaction of carboalkoxytriphenylphosphoranes 4 with 2 two reaction pathways occur. Ln polar solvents again a Micha el-addition gives the phosphoranes 6, whereas in nonpolar solvents a q uasimethathesis-reaction leads to acrylic esters 9 and the acylphospho ranes 1. By O-1(2) 3 and 6 are oxidized to give the tricarbonyl-compou nds 10 resp. 11. (C) 1997 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd.
