Connections between universal observability and topological dynamics

In a previous paper, an equivalence was established between real prime hows with positively separating quotients and universally observable flows. In this paper, we further study the connections between universal observabilit y and topological dynamics. We consider the relationship between universall y observable flows and flows that are prime and nonasymptotic, or distal.
