We study the ground state properties of a one-dimensional liquid He-3-He-4
mixture interacting via a hard-core repulsive potential at zero temperature
. We use the self-consistent field approach to calculate the ground state p
artial structure factors, the effective interactions between the species, a
nd collective modes. Our results are in qualitative agreement with more sop
