New glycyrrhetinic acid derivatives containing amino acid and amino ester f
ragments were synthesized as potential biologically active substances. NMR
spectra of the newly synthesized compounds were studied, and assignment of
signals of the C-8 and C-14 carbon atoms in the terpenoid fragment was refi
ned.
