Abstract
This paper is devoted to the state-constrained optimal control of systems g overned by an evolutionary variational inequality coupled with a semilinear parabolic equation via the constraint of obstacle. Existence and optimalit y conditions (in the form of Pontryagin principle) for optimal controls are established.
