Abstract
Ordered mesoscale hollow spheres (1000 nm diameter) of binary oxides such a s TiO2 and ZrO2 as well as of ternary oxides such as ferroelectric PbTiO3 a nd Pb(ZrTi)O-3 have been prepared by templating against colloidal crystals of polystyrene, by adopting different procedures.
