Abstract
Chemometric analysis of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy has i ncreased dramatically in recent years. Various chemometric techniques have been applied to a wide range of problems in food, agricultural, medical, pr ocess, and industrial systems. This article gives a brief review of chemome tric analysis of NMR spectral data, including a summary of the types of mix tures and experiments analyzed with chemometric techniques. Common experime ntal problems encountered during the chemometric analysis of NMR data are a lso discussed.
