Abstract
In the title complex, [Ni(Im)(6)](Pr-i-dtp)(2) or [Ni(C3H4N2)(6)](C6H14O2PS 2)(2), the coordination around the Ni atom, located on an inversion centre, is octhahedral with all positions being occupied by tertiary N atoms of th e imidazole moieties. Hydrogen bonds link the anions and cations into a two -dimensional network in the bc plane.
