Abstract
The pulping technologies based on the utilization of concentrated organic a cid media (including acetic and formic acid) are reviewed. The Acetosolv an d Miler processes are described, as well as other related procedures. The c ommon features of the considered technologies are described, and both the o perational procedures and the results obtained with a variety of raw materi als are summarized.
