Abstract
Thin copper-manganese oxide films were prepared on conducting glass us ing the reactive nebulization technique to carry out a study on the ef fect of Mn substitution by Cu on their physicochemical and electrocata lytical properties. The electrocatalytical activity of electrode mater ials on the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) was found to be simultaneo usly dependent on the open circuit potential (OCP) and on the pH of ze ro charge (pHz).
