Reply to the Comment on "Raman spectra of low- and high-density amorphous ices" [Chem. Phys. Lett, 293 (1998) 412]

To clarify the misunderstanding in the statements made in the above paper, it is shown that Raman OD stretching spectra of glassy aqueous tetraalkylam monium chloride are very similar to those of low-density amorphous D2O ice (LDA) despite the structural differences between LDA and glassy aqueous tet raalkylammonium chloride solutions.
