Abstract
Two distamycin analogs (PyPyPy-gamma -Dp and PyPyPyPy-gamma -Dp) were synth
esized by a haloform reaction and the DCC/HOBT coupling reaction in a simpl
e and fast way without amino protection. Ey using calf thymus DNA, the inte
raction between the analogs and DNA duplex was studied by CD, and ITC.
