Boltzmann's formulation of the Helmholtz vorticity theorem

A dual form of the general relativistic and covariant generalization of the first vorticity theorem of Helmholtz is proven. This dual form is the gene ralization of Boltzmann's formulation of the Helmholtz theorem.
