Abstract
A woman with high-risk stage III breast cancer developed acute cerebel lar syndrome 75 days after high-dose chemotherapy and blood cell trans plant (BCT), An extensive search for metastatic, vascular, metabolic, infectious, and paraneoplastic etiologies was negative, We postulate a delayed adverse effect of high-dose chemotherapy as the etiology.
