Imprinted chiral stationary phases in high-performance liquid chromatography

Polymers imprinted with chiral templates offer a new generation of tailor-m ade chiral stationary phases (CSPs) with predictable selectivities. This re view summarizes the present state of the art of molecular imprinting to gen erate tailor-made CSPs and provides an overview of the main factors involve d in the manufacturing process that are crucial to the chromatographic perf ormance of the phases.
