Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia is a disorder whose aetiology i
s still unknown. Genetic, allergo-immunological, infectious, hormonal and o
ther causes are proposed in its aetiopathogenesis. Thus, many approaches to
therapy are used, with miscellaneous effects and many recurrences. The dis
seminated form of the disorder is very rare. Such a case, successfully trea
ted with levamisol, is described. A brief review of other therapeutic modal
ities is presented.
