The stoichiometry polymorphism and electrical behavior of solid solutions L
a0.5+x+yLi0.5-3xTi1-3yCr3yO3 with perovskite-type structure were studied. D
ata are given in the form of a solid solutions triangle, phase diagrams, XR
D patterns for the three polymorphs, A, beta, and C, composition dependence
of their lattice parameters, and ionic and electronic conductivity plots.
Micro-structure and composition were studied by SEM/EDS and electron probe
microanalysis. These compounds are mixed conductors. Ionic conductivity dec
reased when the amount of lithium diminished and electronic conductivity in
