Abstract
[GRAPHICS] 2-Amino C-glycerolipid Ib was synthesized by using the Ramberg-Backlund rea rrangement as the key step. beta -C-Glycerolipid Ib exhibits in vitro antip roliferative effects strikingly similar to those of O-glycoside analogue 1a .
