Abstract
[GRAPHICS] Blockers of the voltage gated potassium channel Kv1,3 are potential immunos uppressants. Candelalides A-C are three novel diterpenoid pyrones that bloc k this channel. The structure, stereochemistry, and activity against Kv1,3 are described.
