Abstract
The protons with energies of 1-3 MeV were observed in the dayside cusp by I NTERBALL-Tail Probe. The flux increases lasting for several tens of minutes were recorded up to the magnetopause. These energetic particle enhancement s were accompanied by low-frequency wave turbulence. (C) 2001 Elsevier Scie nce Ltd. All rights reserved.
