Abstract
The authors report the association of ureteric tumour and colon carcinomas in the context of hereditary predisposition to HNPCC colon cancer (heredita ry non polyposis colon cancer). The recall the diagnostic criteria of HNPCC syndrome and emphasize the impo rtance of guiding the clinical interview of patients with upper urinary tra ct tumours in order to detect a family history and the presence of gastroin testinal tumours.
