Abstract
This is a case report of a 16-year-old girl with renal failure in pregnancy in association with bilateral ureteral obstruction and hydronephrosis. The presenting symptom was a common nonspecific type of abdominal pain. The di agnosis was made on incidental laboratory work to rule out preeclampsia. Re nal function reverted back to normal after induced vaginal delivery.
