Abstract
Atraumatic rupture of a utero-ovarian vein during pregnancy is a potentiall y lethal complication that is likely to be misdiagnosed because of its rari ty. We report the case of a 31-year-old woman at 25 weeks' gestation who ha d an acute abdomen and shock.
