Abstract
3-Modified D-myo-inositol imidazolyl ether lipid phosphates and a carbonate were synthesized and evaluated as inhibitors of PI3-K and Akt. These data are presented along with IC50 values for the inhibition of the growth of th ree cancer cell lines. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
