Mg. Baek et al., Synthesis and antibody binding properties of glycodendrimers bearing the tumor related T-antigen, CHEM COMMUN, (03), 2001, pp. 257-258
Breast cancer marker T-antigen (Gal(beta1-3)alpha GalNAc) was prepared as a
n allyl glycoside that was transformed into an active ester and coupled to
a series of poly(amidoamine) dendrimers showing strong binding to mouse mon
oclonal IgG antibodies and serving as useful coating antigens in microtiter
plates.
