Abstract
Cobalt(II) and nickel(II) complexes with a tetraanionic ligand of p-tert-bu tylsulfonylcalix[4]arene were synthesized and their X-ray structures show t hat the calixarene acts as a bis-tridentate dinucleating ligand with the 1. 2-alternate conformation.
