Abstract
The boarding high school environment provides a unique setting for psychiat ric consultation and therapy. Problems requiring consultation or therapy al ways take place where (1) the psychology of the individual student and (2) the dynamics of the school community overlap. An example of a successful in tervention is examined, as well as a tragic situation.
