lA discrete binuclear copper (TI) complex containing Cu2O2 unit has been sy
nthesized by the reaction of Cu (ClO4)(2). 6H(2)O with 2-aminopyridine in t
he CH3OH solution and characterized by X-ray diffraction study and IR spect
roscopy. The crystal is monoclinic, space group: P2(1)/n, with unit cell pa
rameters: a = 8.2952(2), b = 18.4633(3), c = 10.5049(2) Angstrom. beta = 10
