Abstract
The first case is presented of an exophytic chiasmatic-hypothalamic gl ioma causing progressive hemidystonia in an 8-year-old boy, and all 24 reported cases of intraaxial cerebral rumours resulting in symptomati c hemidystonia are reviewed.
