Abstract
In this paper, using Livsic's theorem, we investigate the problem of comple teness of the system of eigenfunctions and associated functions of dissipat ive operators generated by the Sturm-Liouville differential expression on t he semi-axis in Weyl's limit-circle case. (C) 2001 Academic Press.
