Abstract
The reaction of Cl2AlO-Bu-t with C5H5Na leads to the formation of teributox y-bridged dimer [eta'-C5H5(Cl)AlO-Bu-t](2) exclusively but as trans- and ci s-isomers. The compound has been characterised by NMR and its crystal struc ture determined by X-ray crystallographic methods.
