We present evidence for a nonzero pressure, T = 0 superfluid phase tra
nsition of He-3 in 98.2% open aerogel. Unlike bulk He-3 which is a sup
erfluid at T = 0 at all pressures (densities) between zero and the mel
ting pressure, He-3 in aerogel is not superfluid unless the He-3 densi
ty exceeds a critical value rho(c). About 90% of the He-3 added above
rho(c) contributes to the superfluid density.
