We describe the upgraded time-of-flight facility at the Indiana University
Cyclotron which has been used to measure the polarization transfer induced
in ((p) over right arrow, (n) over right arrow) reactions at intermediate e
nergies, E-p = 100-200 MeV, The Indiana Neutron POLarimeter (INPOL) is able
to measure simultaneously two orthogonal neutron spin polarizations induce
d in charge exchange reactions with polarized proton beams oriented in each
of the three spin states, normal ((N) over right arrow), sideways ((S) ove
r right arrow) and longitudinal((L) over right arrow). (C) 2001 Elsevier Sc
