Abstract
In this paper, we investigate transmission through short superlattices in a perpendicular magnetic field. The shift in energy of the transmission peak can be qualitatively understood in terms of the semiclassical motion in th e drift region, whereas full quantitative agreement can be obtained from a quantum mechanical transport model. Interface roughness does not influence this behavior crucially.
