Abstract
An efficient technique for synthesizing a double complex salt [Rh(NH3)(5)Cl ][PdCl4]H2O is developed. Thermal dissociation of this salt under inert and reducing atmospheres is studied. Various solid solutions of rhodium and pa lladium are the thermolysis products. Provisional data on the interaction o f these solid solutions with nitric acid are obtained.
