B. Chankvetadze et al., SELECTED APPLICATIONS OF CAPILLARIES WITH DYNAMIC OR PERMANENT ANODALELECTROOSMOTIC FLOW IN CHIRAL SEPARATIONS BY CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS, Journal of pharmaceutical and biomedical analysis, 15(9-10), 1997, pp. 1577-1584
The techniques for a dynamic and permanent reversal of the electroosmo
tic flow (EOF) were used for the reversal of the enantiomer migration
order (EMO) of neutral and cationic analytes in chiral capillary elect
rophoresis (CE). Native beta-CD and an anionic CD derivative, CM-beta-
CD were used in both, bare silica- and positively coated capillaries.
Advantages and disadvantages of a dynamic and permanent modification o
f the capillary inner surface are briefly discussed. (C) 1997 Publishe
